Return & Exchange Policy

Please check your items upon delivery and before the courier leaves.
If the item is not suitable, you may return it immediately with the courier.
A delivery fee of 25 AED will be charged for any return or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the courier has left.

we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.
